Shipping policy

Ordering

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. You will receive tracking number once your orders ships with USPS.  Please contact shop@kourageouskosmetics.com if you didn't receive your tracking information. 
 
Shipping

All orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days.  Tracking will be available once your package has officially shipped. Please make sure your shipping address, email address and name  is accurate to avoid any delays with your shipment. Kourageous Kosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; if an issue occur please contact the post office and file a claim.  All orders are shipped with USPS only.
