What is your return policy?
Unfortunately lip products cannot be returned or exchanged unless your item is damaged. All sales are final.
What happens if my product was delivered damaged?
We know things happen! Send us a photo of the damaged product to shop@kourageouskosmetics.com and a replacement will be shipped.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 2-3 days. We will email you the tracking number once your order ship. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind, we cannot control the post office delays once your order ship from Kourageous Kosmetics.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please send us an email at shop@kourageoussosmetics.com and we will ship you the correct order.
I entered the incorrect address when I place my order, what should I do?
Send an email to shop@kourageoussosmetics.com soon as you can. Once the item ship we cannot change the address and we cannot offer you a replacement. We know you are excited to try our lip products but make sure you enter the correct information.
